All of me - Tchavolo

Postby Rich » Sat Aug 30, 2003 10:35 pm

At the very beginning of this track off "alors? voili..." there is a chromatic run and then for the "All of me" bit he plays what sounds like triad chords giving a kinda hawian feel to it. I can't work them out for the life of me...any clues? Thanks for the help.

You might be able to use something like this (key of C), but for the exact stuff, you'll need someone better than me:

E:---8-------------
B:---8---10---5---
G:--------9--- 5---

or you could try replacing the A in the second dyad with G (8th fret). Hope this helps.

play the top two notes of the standard major C chord (bar form) at 8th fret, then the notes on the g and b strings, then the notes on the d and g strings. playing the second diad the way Jack has said works too. He is just harmonizing the note using the C chord :)
