On the version where it is just django and a rythmn player about 11 seconds in django does a run up what sounds like just one string. I think its a diminished run starting on the 5th fret of the b string and then playing (on the 1st string) G A# C# and finishing on E at the 12th fret. This makes sense with the chords but it doesn't seem to sound quiete right with the recording.
Thanks for any advice..the reason I ask about this run in particular is because it is used a lot by Django very much sums up his style and I really wanna get the notes right before trying to get it to the right speed.

Not sure just what version you mean offhand, but there's a similar run up to the E in this version. Worth checking out for an idea or two, at least.
