florida fiddle player jazz or bluegrass?

I met this older guy in florida he had this recording he made with a bluegrass background he had friends help him put it on youtube..
I was wondering if this style of fiddle is more jazz or bluegrass? his fiddling playing on sweet Georgia brown seems pretty good to me but im a novice..
