That is ridiculous! Definitely gonna be going to that. Probably have to burn my guitar afterwards or start playing spoons instead though!

Who the hell booked Shantel ???
His album's great if you like party/disco tunes, but the ego of the man as exposed on his sleeve notes is staggering. "All music written, arranged and performed by Shantel" it reads followed by the caveat "with the assistance of" and then a list of about 40 people who actually did all the work. Incredible. :shock:

Heres hoping that bireli stays sober for this years performance, I know hes better than just about most even when he cant stand up straight but last time was a joke.....If stochelo hadnt of bailed him out I think I would have been very miffed! mind you I think SR had been on the juice too, actually, in hind sight it was a good gig...but I would love to see BL on top form.
I will learn to play this thing!
