Please help with this song

Hi,
I have a piece of music, just 20 seconds of a song that sounds like Django Reinhardt, but I don't know if it is or not. It doesn't appear that I can attach the mp3 clip here to my post. I was hoping that some of you could listen to it and perhaps tell me the name of the song and who recorded it. Actually I just thought of a solution. I will give you the golf video's address and the music starts playing about 20 seconds in. If you have time perhaps you could give a listen.

It's not Django, but someone here may come along and tell you who it actually is. Maybe the person playing on the track.
