Can Ky REE ....

Postby viejovato » Mon Dec 05, 2005 4:59 pm

Hey Carter ....
Ah .. so much going on in the windy city ... sad that they are so far from the SE corner of Arizona ...

I gort a chance to see Can Ky Ree open up for Swing Gitan and they were something everyone in this neck of the music world would enjoy ..
a bit of Cafe Nuage, a little Edith Piaf, a bit of american musicals and a truly tour-de-force of self-written lyrics...
And then to get Alphonso Ponticelli and Carter O'Brian up next was the highlight of my Chicago trip ...

But if you do get up there, take the architactural boat tour ... you will see chicago in a way that can not compare with just riding around ... and get a good hot dog ... Chicago has some of the best ...

Cheers, Latcho Drom
