Place De Brouckere

Postby GitanePlayer » Wed Mar 22, 2006 11:19 am

Hi all,

here's my band's ( 5 Go Swing ) version of Angelo Debarre's version of Place De Brouckere!....

http://www.5goswing.com/mp3/downloads/PlaceDeBrouckere.mp3

You can hear me struggling to keep the solo fluid and to tempo.... think I'll attempt something a bit easier next time!....

anyway, I mixed this on a digital 16 track at home and the guitar is one of those Manouche 'Moreno' signature models!... just incase any of you are wondering what it sounds like...

Cheers,

Mike.

Good, some little timing problem but you're right, next time choose something easier! The sound of the instrument is good.

Hi Mike,

The sound is very good and the band are obviously seasoned players - how long have you been playing together?

Hi,

thanks for the comments. We've been together for a couple of years, but this recording is a new line-up....

as you say... practise, practise, practise ............ !
