Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas or anywhere outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard Switch Solo Delta and Electron cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We also have a payment by cheque option. Print out final form and send with cheque paymet. GB Pounds Sterling only accepted
Shipping And Handling
UK customers
will receive their order via Royal Mail 1st class post as standard.
There is the option to have your delivery by 1st Class Recorded Delivery for a little extra cost. A signature upon delivery is required if this is selected.
Recorded Delivery is the preferred option as we are not held liable for goods lost in transit.
Recorded delivery has limited insurance cover up to the value of £28.00 if not sent via Recorded Delivery.
Your Royal Mail Tracking number is available upon request. Limited Insurance cover is applied as standard.
Customers Outside UK
Overseas customers have the option to choose between standard post or a recorded post.
Overseas Recorded post requires a signature upon delivery, standard does not.
There is a limited insurance cover for loss or damage on recorded post.
There is no insurance for loss or damage on standard post.
Items collectively over 2kg in weight will be sent via Parcel Force standard service. a signature will be required upon delivery unless the whole order is compiled of printed paper.
Any special delivery instructions should be supplied during the checkout process.
Delivery Schedule
We try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
We will normally process and post within 3 business days of receiving order.
You will be notified by email that your order has been shipped.
International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
However we must ask you to wait 6 weeks from delivery for items to be delivered before we commence any replacement of order process (recorded orders only) as the order may still be in transit by boat.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Hotclub Trading is currently not a V.A.T. registered company. Therefore no VAT element is applied to your order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Your credit card number is deleted immediately from our system after processing your order.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
You may cancell any order prior to postage at any time by email, phone, fax or post.

Hotclub Trading do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose your address information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes only (Post office)
Returns Policy
Returned items will only be accepted free of charge if item is defective or not fit for use.
Your postage costs for returned unfit items will be covered with a credit note or refund.
If you wish to return an item that is not defective you may do so provided the item is in brand new mint condition. You will be liable for postage costs back to us and a returns charge of £3.00 per item. This returns charge is waived if you wish to excange for another item.
