Delivery costs
Cost of delivery is calculated by the online store system automaticly during the checkout process and calculates your costs depending on which country the goods will be dispatched to.

Lead times and availability
We will keep in touch with you throughout the process by email. We endevour to dispatch goods within 7 working days.

Payment
Robin Nolan Music offers a secure buying process. We accept almost any debit or credit card and use the PayPal and Worldpay secure payment system to process your order.
Your card details are secured using industry-standard SSL and are not stored by us or made available to us. Payment will be shown on your card statement in your local currency even though we use Euros, this is all done seamlessly by the shop system.
If you have any issues with your payment please contact us via email.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with any product you've bought from Robin Nolan Music, simply return it in unopened condition within 21 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or a replacement as you wish.
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us as quickly as possible. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will need to return them unopened at your cost.
