Hi: How about a good old vintage tube amp ?? One is a late 40's Gibson BR-6 (1947) One is a EH-185 (1940) They have been re-capped and totally gone through by a local tube amp wizard..........SWEEEEEEEET. They are also playing Selmer guitars which according to an expert from another forum, are not really suitable for rhythm playing. That Hot Club Quintette was such a bunch of non-authentic amateurs!!!!!!
Actually , those are all maccaferri guitars....Not selmers.

There are two pic's in the compilation you posted , as well as one that looks like a gibson amp to the left of Django... (EH150) ?
The photo is so bad you really can't even be sure what it is.
