the reason i asked was this... i have galli strings on there. my G string didn't last 2-3 weeks. the winding has broken over each fret (3-15) and is starting to unwrap. the A string is starting to sound dead as well. i play 1-2 hours a day. surely strings should last longer than this. or are galli ...

carlos santana, during soundchecks, walks around and finds the feedback spots. he puts an 'x' on them, for use in the show. i imagine that you can also do it to avoid feedback. turn it up until you get feedback, and find the spot where it doesn't happen. play in those spots to avoid the feedback. al...

i recently got a d-500. i have been playing the heck out of it and i quite like it. mine has the inside of the body laquered too. everyone here was suprised at that. maybe mine was a mistake....or maybe they added this improvement to the d-500 line.

if your're going to order an acoustic...ANY acoustic, do it soon!!!! imho, within a month or so, you really run the risk of the guitar cracking in shipment. the days are getting colder. some days are warm, some cool, some chilly. thus, your guitar will be going thru all sorts of temperature extremes...
