Aurelien Bouly & Herve Gaguenetti - this weekend!

Post by Le Que »

Gypsies and non Gypsies full of grace and charm and musical wizardry join across the continent to musically celebrate Django’s musical legacy. From France and UK a first time 5 ***** international line up – 2 guitars, 1 bass bristling and a swinging soulful clarinet, full of musical excitement! A monster line up that honours the master Django, in true style.
These virtuosos will give you two extraordinary nights!
A cracking line where anything could happen –whatever it is, it will be an amazing musical celebration a weekend that Django would be proud of, led by:
HERVE GAGUENETTI :who shares the masters birth date; French Gypsy rhythm guitarist, one of the worlds finest monster players – from the Ritary Gaguenetti Quartet.
AURELIEN BOULY: French Gypsy guitarist and virtuoso soloist of the European Gypsy band Tarné Spilari a group that perpetuates the Django routes.
GIACOMO SMITH: Undoubtedly one of the UKs finest young clarinet players, style, energy, enthusiasm and personality.
JONNY GEE: The QuecumBar Allstars’ animated & entertaining bassist – he’s recorded & toured with ZUM & Lollo Meier – and turbo-charged Tornado Rosenberg & gigs with Aurélien Bouly & Tcha Limberger.

Herve/ Aurelien will be running a Gypsy Swing guitar workshop limited places £40 Sunday day time 11-4
